Item description
Partial set of accounts. Handle banking in cheque received from customers and ensure receipts are updated into the accounting system correctly and timely. Generate billings, mainly on maintenance service, ad-hoc sales, inter-company’s recoverable of expenses, etc in accurate and timely manner. Process staff claims and ensure claims are submitted in accordance with the company’s policy. Adhoc assigned duties.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience. Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheet and/or other accounting software
